3. Shipping, Returns & Claims Policy
3.1 E-Juice & Consumables
Due to health, hygiene, and consumer safety restrictions, **all sales of E-Juice, prefilled pods, and disposable vapes are final** once they leave our facility,no return or Refund for those product..(E-Juice will available soon.)
3.2 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an error is made during order fulfillment, or if your shipment is physically damaged in transit:
* You must notify Customer Service at **info@wildvapes.ca** within **48 hours of delivery receipt** to initiate a claim.
* Items must remain completely unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a replacement.
* No claims, returns, or replacements will be honored under any circumstances after **60 days** from the purchase date.
3.3 Incorrect Address Policy
If you provide an incorrect shipping address at checkout, the package will be reshipped only after it is returned to our facility. You will be solely responsible for covering the secondary shipping fees.

If your card has already been billed, a full refund for the incorrect amount will be issued immediately to the original method of payment.
